Dani is a women’s health practitioner, embodied guide, and cycle educator devoted to helping women reconnect with the innate intelligence of their bodies.

Her work weaves together nervous system regulation, womb-centred bodywork, somatic practices, and menstrual cycle wisdom to support deep transformation - not through force or hustle, but through rhythm, listening, and embodied truth.

Dani is passionate about teaching women how to work with their menstrual cycle as a living map for letting go, creating space, and calling in what’s next - in life, business, and self-expression. Through her workshops, sessions, and journeys, she creates grounded, safe containers where women can soften out of survival, reclaim their feminine energy, and access clarity, creativity, and renewal.
