Hello, I’m Rochelle

I’m the founder of Curate U and a Creative Ritualist, here to hold sacred space for women to soften, create, and return to their authentic essence.

After years working as a Creative Director, I experienced a deep, holistic remembering that gently redirected my path. This awakening guided me into my soul’s work: creating intentional, frequency-led experiences that support women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and creative flow.

My work weaves together intuitive creative expression, ritual, and energetic presence. Drawing on my certifications in Art Therapy and Somatic Chakra & Crystal Healing, I guide immersive, non-clinical experiences designed to nourish emotional wellbeing, deepen self-trust, and invite embodied clarity.

Each workshop and ritual is held as a gentle experience, an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and express what lives beneath the surface. Through intuitive collage, guided reflection, and soul-led practices, creativity becomes a pathway for remembering rather than striving.

I believe creativity is a sacred language of the soul one that connects us back to ourselves, to each other, and to what truly matters.
