Creating, achieving, showing up… yet feeling disconnected from my own inner world.
What I was craving wasn’t more structure, it was space.
Space to feel. Space to create. Space to reconnect with myself in a way that felt intuitive, expressive, and real.
That’s where CurateU began.

To create spaces where we gather with intention, not just to mark moments, but to truly experience them.

About Me
Hello, I’m Rochelle Founder of Curate U and the creator of Curate HER experiences designed for women to soften, create, and reconnect with their authentic essence.
After 8 years working as a Creative Director, I felt a shift within me toward something deeper, more meaningful, and more aligned. That moment became a turning point, guiding me into the work I now hold: creating intentional, soulful experiences that support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and creative flow.
My approach blends together intuitive creative expression, ritual, and energetic presence. With a certification in art therapy, somatic chakra and crystal healing, I guide immersive, non-clinical experiences that nurture emotional wellbeing, deepen self-trust, and bring clarity from within.
Each workshop and gathering is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to express what often lives beneath the surface. Through intuitive collage, guided reflection, and soul-led practices, creativity becomes a way of remembering who you are, rather than striving to be more.
I believe creativity is a sacred language, one that gently brings us back to ourselves, to each other, and to what truly matters.

Workshop Space — $75/hr (up to 28 people seated)
1:1 Client Space — $35/hr
Whole Studio Experience — $100/hr
Styled studio space, option for seated stools with cushions or floor cushions for an indoor picnic vibe.
