MY STORY

I spent years building brands and products, reading rooms, reading trends, translating identity into image. As a Creative Director, my job was to find the gap, research the market and create what needed to exist.

Then I turned that same eye inward.

What I noticed, again and again, was this: the women I worked with founders, creatives, women building something of their own were fluent in strategy, but starving for reflection. They could tell you their business plan. Few could tell you what they actually needed to feel steady inside it.

That question became Curated Within.

I believe the nervous system responds to more than technology. It responds to being witnessed. And to creating with your hands.

Curated Within is where that belief becomes practice a neuroaesthetic, ritual-led methodology using art as a mirror. Not to escape what’s real, but to see it more clearly.
