01 Opening Attunement
We begin by dropping from the thinking mind into the felt sense a short somatic frequency practice that moves you out of the day and into the session. This is not a warm-up. It is the work beginning. Your nervous system needs to be present before the subconscious will share anything true.
02 Frequency Check-In
Where are you in your cycle? What is the numerology of this moment asking of you? We locate you in your personal frequency planner, your personal year, your business cycle, the energy of the current month and let that orientation guide the session's focus. Every session is calibrated to where you actually are, not where you planned to be.
03 Core Work
The heart of the session guided by whichever phase of the CURATE method you are in. This could be visual reprogramming to uncover what is running beneath the surface. Business identity work positioning rebuilt from your frequency outward. Creative direction applied to your brand and presence. Or deep integration of what previous sessions have surfaced. The work meets you where you are.
04 Integration + Frequency Rituals
Every session closes with an integration ritual and a written frequency ritual prescription. It is a personalised guide, the specific practices, intentions, and actions your frequency is asking of you before the next session. The work does not end when the session closes. The rituals holds the thread.
05 Self-Directed Pace
You book your next session when you are ready within your package timeframe. There is no prescribed fortnightly or monthly cadence unless you choose one. Some founders need sessions close together during a transition. Others need space to integrate for a few weeks before returning.
The work meets your rhythm, not an imposed schedule. This is by design because a business built from your frequency needs to move at your frequency.
