Curated Within is a 2.5hr guided Neuroaesthetic group experience built around the senses.
Every layer is built on a single principle: the nervous system opens a room faster than an icebreaker ever will. This is what makes the experience different from a workshop or a wellness add-on, it’s curated, sense by sense, to take a room of strangers from arrival to genuine openness in under three hours.

THE WOMENS CELEBRATION
For Private Gatherings
Bridal showers, birthdays, women's circles. For the gathering that wants to mean something, not another round of drinks, but a room of women who leave a little more themselves than when they arrived.

Priced in two parts, a facilitation fee that reflects group size, and a flat ritual hamper fee per guest.

Includes Curate U linen journal, affirmation pen, tumbled crystal, chakra aligned essential oil roller, ritual card.
All the rituals in the hamper will be used throughout the session and will be taken home to continue the experience beyond the day.

A warm welcoming into the space and an aura cleansing to arrive fully before anything begins.
SCENT
✧ The Opening Ritual
Each guest opens their ritual hamper and rolls on an essential oil aligned to their chakra energy centres. Scent reaches the nervous system faster than any other sense, this is the moment a guest's body registers that something different is happening here, before a word is spoken.
SOUND
✧ Guided Meditation
A short, sound-led visualisation regulates the room as a group, not one guest at a time. This is what makes a collective arrive in the same emotional vibration.
SIGHT
✧ The Reflection
Each guest draws one card, an intuitive prompt for the session ahead, and often the first thing the room starts talking about. One card, intuitively pulled, gives every guest an immediate and personal way into the experience. It's consistently the first thing a group starts sharing, creating organic conversation.
✧ The Self- Discovery
A numerology reading reveals each guest's soul personality and purpose, a reflection of who they actually are. This is the layer guests describe as amazingly accurate.
TOUCH
✧ The Collage Creation
Guests build a physical mood board from their own reading, inside a Curate U journal. This is the physical piece, made by hand, expressed by the soul and the heart of the experience.
