She founded Curate U and opened her own creative wellness studio — a sacred space designed to hold women in their transformation and to lead community through soul-led connection.
Rochelle now blends her creative leadership with holistic art therapy and chakra-inspired practices, guiding women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, awaken creativity, and cultivate emotional wellbeing. Through art therapy techniques, intuitive rituals, and guided reflection, she creates nurturing, soul-led experiences that invite women to slow down, recalibrate, and express their authentic essence as a true reflection of their soul’s purpose.

Jaimee guides women to realign to their true nature by providing space for rest and recuperation in a heartfelt, professional and grounding manner.
Through the use of gentle heart centering breath techniques, movement and meditation, participants flow into sacred stillness inviting the opportunity for the physical, mental and emotional bodies to rebalance.
As an engineer and energy healer, her philosophy is based on the yin and yang of nature; heaven and earth. Reminding us to balance our inner masculine (doing) and feminine (being/receiving) energies.
