Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Rochelle

Founder & Facilitator, Curate U. Art Therapy Practitioner-Certified. Former Creative Director.

I design neuroaesthetic experiences, structured, sensory-led group sessions grounded in how creativity shifts the nervous system. Not performance.

A lived, embodied methodology built from my own transformation and years of creative direction.

I work with wellness venues, retreats and teams looking to offer their community something no one else in the space is doing and with individuals ready to be seen through the process of creating.
